Rachel

Veterinary Assistant

Rachel joined Wellspring Animal Hospital in March 2022. She recently graduated from UNC Wilmington with a degree in biology and plans to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. During college, she was a member of her school’s Pre-Veterinary Medical Association. Previously, she worked as a kennel technician at Wellspring while in high school and is happy to be back in such a welcoming environment.

Having grown up with German Shepherds and now caring for her three cats, Rachel has always been around animals. She also frequently takes care of her sister’s dogs and enjoys spending time with animals. Rachel is grateful for a role that allows her to learn more about veterinary medicine from the doctors and staff and looks forward to meeting clients' pets.
