Connect with our hospital through the PetPage Patient Portal by AllyDVM. With digital access, you can manage your pets’ wellness easily, including:
- Request appointments and refills—even when our office is closed
- Set up and receive in-app notifications and reminders
- Update your contact information
- Share your Pet ID and contact information
Getting Started
Download the App
- From your phone, download the app from Google Play or Apple Store.
- Open the app and click the “sign up” button on the home page. Enter the email address on file at Wellspring Animal Hospital, choose a password, and click the create account button.
Online Access
Not an app user? You can access your pet’s information through our online portal from any computer! Access the Patient Portal >
